Returns and Cancellations
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you must notify us within this period.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for returns due to a change of mind, the customer is entirely responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our supplier's designated international warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund until the item is successfully received by our facility.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, you have the right to a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, please contact our support team immediately at support@pawsandsnugs.com with photo or video proof, and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
